1. If more than two (2) business days but fewer than seven (7) business days have passed since your contract date and you notify us of your desire to cancel, we will refund a prorated amount of our fee and immediately stop service on your account.
2. If seven (7) or more business days have passed since you signed your contract, we require forty-five (45) days’ a written notice for any cancellation. We will continue to service your account for forty-five (45) days after receipt of your request, which may incur an additional monthly charge. No refunds will be issued for cancellations outside of the seven-day (7-day) grace period.
3. Any and all refunds issued under this policy will be issued to the credit card(s) or checking account used for the purchase. Refund processing can take up to fourteen (14) business days after confirmation of cancellation by our customer support team.
